Hello folks, and welcome to the tenth episode of Pride of Nottingham’s PONcast, Notts County's number one podcast.

In today’s instalment we begin by discussing the start of the club’s pre-season, including an update from Chief Scout Guy Branston regarding recruitment over the last few weeks and heading into the new campaign. We then move onto the Magpies’ squad numbers and the latest transfer talk at Meadow Lane, including the arrival of Gill Swerts and the rumoured signing of Julian Jenner.

We also touch on fan discussions relating to the rescheduled Mansfield game, who should get the captain’s armband and whether Colby Bishop should be given a run in the first team next season, and plenty more.

Yeah, we make a few but we are actually getting very good at not having to re-record segments. In fact, I think it's safe to say the majority of bloopers come from our very own @Joe Jones. ;)

Keep listening and comments folks, at the moment myself and JJ are doing a million + one things which makes it hard to throw in interviews etc.

Yet I do believe the show to be fun and engaging.

@Countyman @eighteensixtytwo Thanks, I really appreciate the kind comments.

I hope at some stage we can discuss what we highlight within the PONcast's, really this is one of my aims and although the listening figures are slightly down. It's not that bad really, I just prefer to try and hit around the same amount. Hopefully the new signings will add to the interest, as I think fans were starting to get down about it all.

Excellent as usual both of you. Keep it up (but maybe not one a week in close season? Then again after this week with the signings you'll probably need 2 a week!)

Definitely a large dose of David Brent in the blooper. Oh dear. I'll never look at you in the same way again@notts-joeB)  B)   :hyper:
