where are they now...Alan Gow #387 in a series of one

liampieagree with Liam, there was a good and skilful player in there...as Tisdale took him to Exeter proved. However he could never seem to adapt to the physical side of the game which seemed to be his downfall

Think it was him who took the corner for Bishop’s goal against Man C.

I liked Alan Gow and rated him, he's a good player but we needed someone younger/faster and stronger by his side. He had the ability in my opinion to become a Notts icon, he just struggled with a poor squad but he shined even in the team we had.

I'm trying to think of the other tricky midfielder we had on loan.

Patrick seems to come to mind, I'm probably wrong. I wonder what happened to him! I think it's Paddy McCourt now. 😛

He was a good player, shame he didn't stay long with us, but not many good players do.

I don't recall much about him TBH, I think he scored one or two goals but he was on of those players who went about their work quietly IMO.

He played well for Notts, I don't think he ever had a quiet game as such because he did all the dirty work and given the ball he would usually go on an exciting run. Good player for the club.
