Notts are set to be without captain Richard Duffy again as new boss Harry Kewell faces former club Crawley for the first time since leaving the Broadfield Stadium.
Duffy is still struggling with a hamstring strain so forward Jon Stead is in line to keep the captain's armband for Tuesday's League Two clash.
Nathan Thomas is pushing for a start after returning from a foot injury as a late substitute on Saturday while David Vaughan has overcome a calf problem.
However, Ben Hall remains out with a groin injury.
