  1. He looks a good addition even if its until late Jan, plenty of time to try to sort out an extension.

  2. In preparation for Christmas, we have designed a digital flip book showcasing all the Pride of Nottingham merch. We've got a lot of quality items which would make the ideal Christmas present, from signed prints to t-shirts featuring legends! 3. Why does Notts have a very loose approach to contract renewals? The business model that has been spoken about regarding recruiting players, that will attract bids would be fundamentally flawed if we allow the likes of Kyle Wootton, Ruben Rodrigues and Matt Palmer to leave on frees. I am now starting to wonder if Cairo Mitchell is a direct replacement for Kyle Wootton. In my opinion, renewals should be handled the moment a player is likely to extend their existing deals. Not only does it keep their value high, but it spreads confidence within the club and gives the fans something to get behind. I don't understand why Notts or Ian Burchnall has this loose approach to handling negotiations. I think its more likely players will leave, surely we want them to feel wanted and secure with longer deals?

  4. He looks to be a good signing, hopefully, we'll get to see what he's all about tomorrow.

  5. Right now as Woots contract is up in the summer I don’t think you’d bid, just sign him in the summer. So that’s a current value of like 30k or nowt. I’d put Ruben’s current value at £300,000. Then in the summer you’re probably looking at a drop as he’ll only have a year left. In a weird way we are sacrificing Cal’s natural position so Ruben can play in his, I think he’s having a decent season without really shining. I think he’s value is less than Ruben’s, so £250,000. Brinds, I don’t know, you kind of feel the big fee’s are reserved for the game changing players. Maybe if £50,000 – £75,000. D-KE, again as his contract is up the summer, 10k or just wait and get him on a free. I'm basing my values on the sales of the likes of Tshimanga, Sorba Thomas & Sonny Carey... I don't think anyone else has been sold for a large fee, but equally none of them went for anywhere near £1 million...

  6. Dagenham have lost their last 2 games. They lost to Yeovil and Eastleigh and didn't score a goal in either game. They lost both 1-0. They would have expected to win both of those games. A trip to Meadow Lane isn't exactly the game you'd want after losing your last 2. Nott's home form is quite good. 17 points from 24 so far. Dagenham have picked up 12 from 24 on their travels. It will be a tough game for Notts but I think we will win this one. We are a different team at ML and will be fully tuned in as Dagenham are a side not to be underestimated.
