  1. Calvin Miller will feel at home with Greenock Morton’s side. Has anyone been keeping tabs on how he’s been performing?
  2. The performance doesn't matter to me, to progress to the next round would is all that does. Notts needs to play with confidence and be clinical on goal.
  3. Get the right players and let them do the business on the pitch, that is the way to convince fans the signings are exciting.
  4. Weymouth look like a very poor team that only turns up every other game, they can attack but defensively they're questionable. No doubt playing Notts will mean they will want to be at their very best.
  5. It's a long way to go until this is resolved, I am doubtful about the vaccination because I am not sure how it will work properly without making those who have it ill.
  6. The squad look like they could beat anyone put before them, it's also good to see the amount of hard work gone into converting crosses. Notts should use the attacking options we have like this, all of the strikers know how to use their heads. Fantastic 4-0 win.
  7. By far one of the best signings, if not the best. It's a significant importance that Notts got the deal across the line, if he had left due to other interest, I do feel it would have been like Yates leaving a few seasons back.
  8. Good insight into Ricardo Moniz as Notts manager, the philosophy he brought to the club was different than any team beneath the Premier League.
  9. Focus on the next game against Hartlepool. Notts won't win every game! I thought it came down mostly to the lack of control the referee had of the game and how Woking would dive/waste time. Notts just has to be more aware of the tricks and quit walking the ball towards the penalty box.
  10. I can see Yeovil winning but it wouldn't be a disappointment for me.
  11. At my age, I only attend a handful of away games but this season has reminded me of what it was like supporting Notts all those years ago. Some of the grounds have a charming old school appeal to them. I don't think the club would have moved forward without promotion or relegation, the latter seems to have done the trick so far. I am hoping to make a few more games now we are in 2020. All the home games I have attended, I would agree the standard hasn't been that bad. A rough rough times but a lot more enjoyment is there. Teams appear to want to do well because of how tight this league can be.
  12. The momentum that has been built does need to be carried forward, if Dover deal Notts a setback, I have faith the team can bounce back. I think it will be 1-0 to Notts. Wes Thomas to score a tap in.
  13. It's a game whereby Neal Ardley can try something different if he chooses, I am hoping Notts wins.
  14. I see it being a draw, Kristian Dennis getting the only goal for Notts.
  15. I'm expecting a draw, Halifax should be well prepared. I have read how they have one of the smallest budgets in the league, so it shows you what they are capable off.
  16. It will be a big ask to bounce back from the Yeovil game, with this in mind I think a 2-2 draw.
  17. Notts have to go into this game fighting to maintain the form, DDLW so far. A win would given the manager some cushion time from those disgruntled and eager to sake the manager.
  18. Newport County asserted the same pressure that Notts did against Mansfield, only difference is they pushed for a second goal and never gave up. We sat on the Mansfield lead and we thought going 1-1 we could grind out a draw.
  19. Fantastic to finally see the club win a game away from home, the performance was good and it's been the first entertaining game of the season. I didn't think Forest Green was bad at all, I just feel Notts played much better.
  20. I will look to purchase one or two tickets to support this. It's a good idea to pay for the sites costs, I can't imagine its easy to do.
  21. Good draw, can't dwell on the goal conceded because both teams put a good game on.
  22. Quite entertaining but at the same time it was frustrating. Notts started slow but responded well to the early goal, after going 3-1 up they just sat back and invited Colchester to play. Neal Ardley should have sensed the way the game was going and made the changes needed before they scored their second, it was clear that the team needed addressing at the back. Good point but Ardley cannot go on about dropping points, he takes his share of the responsibility from today's game.
  23. I will have a couple of quid on this, you have to be in it to win it ladies and gents.
