Does anyone know what kind of fees the club is paying agents? I suppose when the Trews thought it meant savings, you still have to pay a good player and their agent. However, I am interested in what sort of fees we are paying them.

Aaron Collins appeared capable of improving and scoring goals. As one of the younger strikers the club has had on loan, he seemed like he could go further. His pace, skill and natural finishing ability were a delight.

It’s great to see many old and new members on PON. It’s been a bit quiet today, but over the past week it has been very lively. Every now and then it’s normal for things to slow down. I just hope that we, as a community, can continue to make this a fun place to be.

Welcome to the site, you should enjoy being a member of PON, @Stuart McNeil.

This is very sad news. I remember seeing the username and although I never spoke directly to him, I would feel the same way about any member. It’s sad. Rest in peace, Who r ya! You Pies!!

I’m quite confident about all the players renewing. I see there are a lot of fans believing that Ruben will leave, but he could sign a one-year deal with us and still make a move higher up. If he did well in League Two, I think clubs higher up would be more inclined to go in for him.

Well done to Nottingham Forest for their hard-fought battle against relegation from the Premier League. They’ve shown great character and determination to stay up. Too bad they couldn’t show that same determination in their matches earlier on in the season.

Jodi Jones' signing is a fantastic deal for Notts County. His speed and trickery make him a top-notch player who can elevate the team's game. He was phenomenal during his loan spell and it's great news that he will be staying with the team for longer.

I don't believe that the club would be in its current state if it weren't for the heartbreak of relegation. It's easy to ponder about what could have been, but the National League has been a decent place for the club over the past four years. We have had four years of reasonable success, with the club improving each season. In my opinion, that can only be a good thing. The club has shown resilience and determination to bounce back from the disappointment of relegation and has made steady progress in the National League.

Retaining key players and adding depth to the squad will be crucial for Notts’ success. This will give them the best chance of achieving their goals and finishing in a strong position. By keeping their star players and adding depth to their squad, Notts can continue to deliver strong performances on the field and compete with the best.

I really don’t know. I don’t want to get carried away or promote unhealthy expectations because we need to be aware that things might not be easy when adapting to life back in League Two.

Luke Williams did do well on BBC East Midlands. It was a good bit of coverage and I thought the segment was excellent. Seeing the clips of fans in pubs with the players and Williams signing was just fantastic!

While I do feel for Ross Fitzsimons, it’s probably for the best that he’s no longer with Notts.

I thought Ruben only lost one tooth, but two seems pretty serious. I hope the Wrexham players have apologised at least. Can you imagine him trying to get revenge next season when they play against them at Wrexham? I hope he focuses on his performances if he’s still here.I thought Ruben only lost one tooth, but two seems pretty serious. I hope the Wrexham players have apologised at least. Hello @nightOWL, thank you for your kind words and support. Would you be able to return and wish us luck for Saturday? I have a feeling that you might bring us some extra fortune after we went 2-0 down on Sunday.

I'm not entirely sure what to think of the entire interview. I understand why some aspects have been criticised, but at present, the emphasis should be on the next game. We must observe how the players react to the comments and assess their performance on the pitch.

Welcome to the fold, @Dry Nelson Ray.

I've seen Tiernan Brooks play for the youth team numerous times, and he has grown and matured. Out of all the youth keepers I've had the pleasure of watching in the last 10 years, Brooks is by far the most promising. It's rare to see such a young keeper with a good grasp of vocal commands and a talent for reading the game. Most young keepers are decent shot-stoppers and react well, but Brooks is on a different level and will only get better with experience.

It's not as much of a guessing game anymore. I reckon Notts are a lot more determined now, and under Luke Williams, the squad has been relentless in pressuring teams at times. I just hope it's not one of those off days. We need to see a determined Notts County. Although I think Wrexham have the title in the bag, I'd like to see the club break 100 points and finish the season as strongly as possible.
-
I wonder what approach Luke Williams will take and who will stay on. I think there's a good chance of retaining most of the players if the right decisions are made. Notts offers much more than just competitive football, even if we don't secure promotion. Some of these players could build a real legacy here instead of bouncing around from club to club.
