  1. Welcome @JohnTheBost my first ever game was morecambe in 2008, but my first proper game was the same as yours, fleetwood at home 2014. Thankfully the clubs in a much happier place and on the up!
  2. After watching the interviews today, I really hope we do it even more for the players and the staff, you can tell how much they want it, how much they’ve given for the cause. They deserve success this season just as much as the fans
  3. While every player has offered a lot this season, you simply can’t look beyond macca, I wish I was one of those that put a bet on for top goal scorer at the start of the season! I remember my uncle asking why we’d signed players from the division bellow, I explained they are on the way up, and we’ll macca, he could go to the moon!
  4. I wasn’t able to attend the Chesterfield game due to Karate commitments. So it has to be the Torquay game for me; the atmosphere in the pubs the night before, the location, the hurdle (referee) we had to jump! To finally win there against all odds was incredible!
  5. These are definitely a team we can beat, Stevenage were a decent team on the up, Hartlepool are the opposite, we have dragged them down into this mess and they are missing a few players aswell! 3-1 notts
  6. Alot of argyle supporters have been complaining about the ref and saying orient are a dirty team, so whether they deserved to win im not so sure
  7. Its definitely a game we can get something from, im not confident though
  8. A decent point, whatever Nolan did in 48 hours worked! We were solid at the back (no i haven't been drinking [emoji6] ) good atmosphere all round despite alot of pyrotechnics from the Mansfield fans
  9. So excited for today! Id take a draw but i haven't been this excited for a game in a while! Cmon you pies!
  10. Alan hardy taking over the notts twitter page and has announced the big flag is back in the Kop!
  11. Until today i wasn't confident at all, and then I remembered we have the same players that haven't cared for 10 weeks and im still not confident, I would happily take a draw but i can't see anything other than a Mansfield win [emoji26]
  12. Alan hardy said there will be an announcement today (Thursday) about the new manager, whether he will take charge of the Mansfield game im not too sure!
  13. I think tootle is a half decent player at centre mid, when he played there at the start he was our best player, id have to use your argument for Dicko, he's always blaming others when he's been dire in every game, rodman is the same, shown very little brilliance since the forest game
  14. I forgot this was even happening, i just assumed we weren't playing this Tuesday, just give some of the younger lads a go, give snijders and Campbell a run out up front, just don't get anyone injured before Mansfield
  15. Right decision to call it off, even in the first 10 mins Stanley slipped and fell flat on his front, it was far too dangerous to continue
  16. I just heard someone else call it him one time and found it quite funny [emoji23] so just kept using it
  17. Time for Eddie hoofball? Would enable us to keep the back 5
  18. We played so much better yesterday! The ref did admit that he missed the penalty, Laing's red card wouldn't of happened if he gave the penalty! The lino have the first goal to forte even though it never crossed the line! Poor refereeing but great performance from notts, another great goal from Aaron Collins!
  19. We currently sit 2 places behind orient on goal difference, this tells us they are just as inconsistent as we are, i wouldn't change the team too much from the one that played Cheltenham, other than putting loach in goal, moving milsom to left wing back and Richards into centre mid would be a good swap as well as Dicko has been poor so far
  20. Im hoping to go to this one so hopefully I'll be bringing back the 3 points, but my confidence in notts is at an all time low at the moment, we have to stop conceding so easily, I'll go for a 2-1 notts, we will go down 1-0 then come back
  21. We were just poor, and there was no reason as to why. We were unbeaten in 4 after all but we were lacking in all areas, a game like yesterday really needed a Stanley or smith to keep the ball and get us ticking
  22. I believe they lost their two best players to rangers, or at least windass went to rangers and he was a big part of their success last year
  23. A very good point today, i thought once we went 2-0 down all was lost, but we got back in it and probably should have won it! I have to agree though, whenever we play a physical side we find it hard, especially when they have a big striker like Bogle!
  24. Im going for a 3-1 win for notts, we are on our best run of form since Derry was in charge! Campbell is doing well, steady has 4 in 4 and the defence will of had 4-5 games together now so they will be more solid
  25. A very good win yesterday, we always seem to jump into life once we concede, but that shows the spirit in the team that they can get themselves back in the game so quickly, what a goal from Adam Campbell! I've heard he's been a changed man in the past two games! If we can keep this run going at the San Sirrel theres no reason why we can't be in the play-offs after accy Stanley
