i love the pride of nottingham prints, i have so many now on my wall and it lightens my bedroom up. i do need to get a couple of the tshirts.
the grealish one is ace! as is the lee hughes one.
-
need to focus on the rochdale game first, but it would be nice to have a good cup run and eventually tie a top team.
-
pleased we have cover, also glad i asked here about the loan deals as it seems some did not think sunderland would allow him to stay.
-
i am pleased, not just for the win but ian burchnall who came under unfair fire imo. the football has largely been better and i can only see it improving over time, kyle camerons return to action looks to have settled things down. playing in the opponents half and winning the ball back quickly will always help, it was a good result against yeovil.
-
notts needs to have a stronger mindset and better focus, we cant allow these types of things to constantly turn games. its just poor control of the dying moments of games.
-
i think we are only seeing the start of something special, once we hit or true potential, i think the form will only build. turning some of these away games into wins would help massively, but i am impressed so far.
starting a season off well, its something we have needed for awhile really.
kyle wootton could hit 20+ goals by himself if he continues, he might even get his first hattrick.
to say some was worried and panicked about where the goals would come from, i think we have proved already we have goals. its cutting out the ones we concede that will eventually stop.
-
i like that hes 21, not too young but at the right age where he can come here and do a job for us. he will be wanting to play and gain experience, so i think its a great move by notts.
-
part of why i support notts, its always felt local and community based.
-
he has potential, notts and ian burchnall does need to find a way to bring his game to where we can make the most of his ability.
i do think lewis knight will do well this season.
-
looks like a strong signing especially for the future, he could be the long term replacement for michael doyle.
-
he could be a big part of the clubs future if he keeps level headed, focused and always determined to improve. i think the fact he wants to go out on loan signals his desire to learn further.

I'd avoid playing Cal in the pre-season, allow him to focus on training and then wait to slowly give him chance to gain match fitness in the league. He's better protecting, than losing again.
Avoiding the Jimmy Spencer type situation, I am sure Roberts is ready and keen to go.
Just need to be safe IMO.
spot on mate.
at least hes taken the time to focus on his fitness, hope the op went well. time will tell.

the start of more positive news
rawlinson and cameron should make a great partnership at the back. having slocombe calmness behind looks very promising on paper.
-
we need to stay grounded and focused, more importantly the nerves needs to be avoided because it got to us in the final last season. i think we just need to work a bit harder and tidy things up at the back.
-
notts fans are incredible with their support, i hope mg gets it.
best wishes

it should continue but the checks players have need to be done a little better, especially on match days temperatures should be checked on arrival and just before kick off. suspending the league or null and voiding it would be stupid, it puts the whole thing into a pointless area.
-
i agree, i said it at the start of the season and he unfairly gained some criticism for playing out of position but i think hes been brilliant all season.

he seems to have arrived for the right reasons, its an area cover is needed so hope he can contribute to notts winning some games whilst hes here.
-
its great news, retaining players like cal roberts will only reward him and the club in the future.
-
the sunderland game is very memorisable to me, i was not there but i did listen to the match. it was good to see how well supported notts was with all the travelling fans.
-
proud because i feel we do deserve it, the fans have been a credit to the club.
-
cal roberts should make a huge difference compared to the last time notts played them in the league, i think we can get our win over them if we approach the game respectfully. i wont feel comfortable goalless or even sitting on a 1-0 lead.
good read matty

i always give a player a chance, i think i saw him as a shola type player who would just hold the ball but i think that him enjoying his football here makes him more of a threat on goal.
he works very hard, very pleased he signed permanently.
the national league will teach him a lot and if he grows with notts, it should be exciting.

all these comments.
i dont make many away days, i find travelling to be stressful but i have attended chesterfield when notts played in league one. i would like to do others, i just decide against it. reading something like this @Alexlevy0908 makes me wish i felt up to it.

disappointed by the ways rochdale scored but its football, i thought we gave a good account of ourselves and as others keep saying its time to get out of this league.
