Andrew James on Radio Nottingham Tonight

Morning all - It's that time again - my turn to go on Matchtalk on BBC Radio Nottingham this evening and attempt to explain away our beloved Notts County. Would love your thoughts and views so that I can put them forward. My thoughts are that we have had more managers than any other club - 52 in total - do we really want another? My frustration is with a chairman who made his fortune in Recruitment - and still does if you follow the fortunes of CSG - but clearly cannot recruit a football manager, either here or in Lincoln, to save his life! I have no quibble with the money he has put into the club - it is there for all to see in refurbished facilities, new floodlights etc etc. However, the bit I don't get is why would you not take good advice from market leaders in your field if you are looking to grow your business? If he had done that, he would have had more money in the bank, we would have more points on the board, and Ricardo Moniz would still be coaching keepy-uppies rather than taking us to the brink of the Vanarama!

spot on with this Andrew James at last Ricardo moniz is taking us no where but to the conference and he is doing it in a soap episode like east Enders until trew can actually read a cv and dig into a makers background an pick a successful one we will be like this and what's worse he trusted a unknown manager with money a lot of it
