Various games have times changed, ie Wigan v Arsenal 17.05...Notts v Vale 15.07. And others..Hillsborough??

the Vale and all the others on Saturday are the Hillsborough memorial. I read somewhere that all games would start at at 3.07. The game was stopped at 3.06 at Hillsborough and then there needs to be a minutes silence so the kick off is 7 minutes past normal scheduled time.
