  1. Could have been a very different game but I'll settle for the one we had:)
  2. Exactly how we should be finishing against these teams, though we took our time to get there, but every Notts fan will be happy with that. A step in the direction we need to go, well done.
  3. Good result, I would prefer to be a bit less nervous towards the end of games, a couple of extra goals in front with 5 minutes to go would be good, players please take note...thanks
  4. Suppose that could be classed as a good point with their position in the league, but I'm disappointed with that.
  5. Disappointing result, not the end of the world stuff but, probably shows we are play offs at best
  6. Not too fussed about going out, though would have been a great opportunity for some extra revenue, back to what matters this season.
  7. We will need to match their enthusiasm, if we can do that the quality should shine through, which hasn't always been the case. They will be well organised and a point would be good for them. Game we should be winning, my guess an optimistic 3 0
  8. Brings some extra revenue, with the potential for more which is good for the club
  9. Got to be happy with that result
  10. To be honest with Notts defending I would be amazed at 0 0. I just hope we score more than they do.
  11. Not really fussed with the fa Cup, though always nice to win, but this game is huge
  12. Scrappy, but much needed win.
  13. Not calling for his head as I think we have been there done that many times and it doesn't work. I do however think he needs to take some responsibility , yes when the players take the field they need to take ownership, but they take their instructions from the manager.
  14. Depends which Notts team turn up, will we have the attacking side that look dangerous, then hopefully hold out when we collapse, or the team that generally folds in the second half for the whole game
  15. Simply not good enough, that was criminal
  16. As they say a win is a win. All that matters.
  17. Glad we hit the bar before we scored or I'd have missed the goals. Woke me up
  18. I agree a point is a point, and in general terms a good one against a very good well managed team. But it was a home game and if we harbour Hope's of promotion these are the games we need to win. We have not been bad this season, just not good enough in too many games. I would say that while we may still be in contention for promotion, we look a long way off at the moment.
  19. Inability to score poses a big problem, you can have all the possession in the world but if you can't score you are not going to win. Officials did not help, but were not the main reason. Another season in this division beckons
  20. One step forward two back. The life of a Notts fan
  21. Very frustrating, good performance until we got within sight of goal, but to be fair they set up to frustrate and defended well.
  22. That's the get out of jail free card played
