  1. Good result, I would prefer to be a bit less nervous towards the end of games, a couple of extra goals in front with 5 minutes to go would be good, players please take note...thanks
  2. Suppose that could be classed as a good point with their position in the league, but I'm disappointed with that.
  3. Disappointing result, not the end of the world stuff but, probably shows we are play offs at best
  4. Not too fussed about going out, though would have been a great opportunity for some extra revenue, back to what matters this season.
  5. We will need to match their enthusiasm, if we can do that the quality should shine through, which hasn't always been the case. They will be well organised and a point would be good for them. Game we should be winning, my guess an optimistic 3 0
  6. Brings some extra revenue, with the potential for more which is good for the club
  7. Would obviously like to be higher, but considering the way we have defended on occasions thankful to be where we are. Still think improvements are necessary, but do think we will get better. If we finish in a play off spot so be it, end of season lottery it is, though we are certainly capable of automatic promotion.
  8. To be honest with Notts defending I would be amazed at 0 0. I just hope we score more than they do.
  9. Not really fussed with the fa Cup, though always nice to win, but this game is huge
  10. Some good points here, personally I think international football has lost its appeal, certainly for me anyway, too many multi millionaires who don't really care just want the prestige. Of course that's just an opinion.
  11. Either they don't know what the manager is asking of them or, more likely , they lack the ability and mentality to carry out what he wants.
  12. Not calling for his head as I think we have been there done that many times and it doesn't work. I do however think he needs to take some responsibility , yes when the players take the field they need to take ownership, but they take their instructions from the manager.
  13. Great.Yarmouth, was supposed to be America for our 40th wedding anniversary, but still enjoyed it.
  14. Depends which Notts team turn up, will we have the attacking side that look dangerous, then hopefully hold out when we collapse, or the team that generally folds in the second half for the whole game
  15. Simply not good enough, that was criminal
  16. As they say a win is a win. All that matters.
  17. Couldnt have wished for a better start
  18. Another season for us all to look forward in optimism, not convinced we are good enough and as ive said before, the longer we stay here the harder it will be. Fingers crossed and all that, but not expecting to go up. Sincerely hope im wrong.
  19. Glad we hit the bar before we scored or I'd have missed the goals. Woke me up
  20. I agree a point is a point, and in general terms a good one against a very good well managed team. But it was a home game and if we harbour Hope's of promotion these are the games we need to win. We have not been bad this season, just not good enough in too many games. I would say that while we may still be in contention for promotion, we look a long way off at the moment.
