Scottish Independence wouldn't alter your right to be in both places. Given that Westminister looks like it will break its promise of more powers for Scotland, we could be seeing another referendum sooner than we ever expected. Scotland won't be fooled again. I reckon Scotland will become Independent in my life time.

I understand that independence would not alter ability to set foot in the country. When I said "to be" I didn't mean in a literal sense.
