I'm sorry but I've said this before. With less than a third of the season left I just don't see the advantages of sacking a Manager/Head Coach so late in the season.

It is so hard for another Manager/Head Coach coming in. Why don't these clubs just appoint someone with coaching qualifications to come in and assist the Head Coach and maybe bring new ideas to the table.

I think it is so important to have someone that knows his  players at this critical part of the season. It can make all the difference.
