Hi Guys,

Just a quick one.
Tomorrow, one of our mates (probably ex mates now) is one of the mascots. Stags fan.
He's 35 and this is part of a joint Birthday / Wedding present.
Any support you can give us in ridiculing the guy would be much appreciated. Booing / jeering his every touch etc.

Also, he's good mates with the County keeper so there may be a bit of fun there too.
Enjoy the game. Safe journey to all of you.

Haha I love this! I hope it all went to plan and you all had a good time. Putting rivalry aside this is what football should be about (having a laugh) and never anything overly serious. It sounds like the Stags are deserving their lead - I wished I was there but hey.

Let us know how it went. ;)

Hiya mate.

The day went exactly to plan and the wind up was complete from start to finish as anyone may have seen in the match programme.

On the game itself, I thought County were the better team first half and could easily have been 2 up.

Whatever happened second half I don't know but Aborah didn't dominate the midfield as much and the defence seemed panicky.

The first was an unfortunate deflection but terrible defending in the build up.

The second (penalty) could have been given or not, but I think the ref was making up for an earlier one he didn't give.

The third was poor defending again.

Stead looked lively first 20 but then got no service at all.

Hope everyone got home safely and thanks for your interest.
