For every seller, there must be a buyer. It would be interesting if Hardy offered a lower amount than his first bids earlier this year? Just hope Ray accepts that there is only one buyer in town.

maybe the only way forward is that he accepts Hardy's offer but remains a minority percentage shareholder...not perfect for either party, but the only possible quick fix solution
