Unimpressed by the signing, he looks like a player who will take time to turn into someone good enough for even this league.

It does take time, but Notts doesn't need this.

Neal Ardley could have given Owen Betts a chance if he really wanted, he can defend and will learn which would benefit the club longer than some kid sent here on loan. I don't see Long strengthening the squad or doing well.
