  1. I never miss his vlogs and feel that he conveys the sentiments of the majority of fans. Although there have been challenging times when he seemed distant from Notts, I trust that the Wembley event made a difference and that we can progress as a club. It’s a shame he doesn’t post on here as much now.
  2. By planning ahead for League Two, the Reedtz brothers have demonstrated their commitment to achieving success. Their proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges gives me faith in their capability to put together a competitive team that can flourish in this division.
  3. I really hope that the commentary dash cam continues next season. It never gets old and I think Mark Stallard does a fantastic job.
  4. As for the interview with Luke Williams, I thought it was well done and a positive thing for the club. It’s a relief that Ruben Rodrigues didn’t make the news with his drunken videos. Thankfully, someone has deleted them all. It was becoming concerning to see how intoxicated he appeared in those videos.
  5. @Chris, today we celebrate the amazing person that you are. May your birthday be filled with joy and may the year ahead bring you happiness and success. Happy Birthday!
  6. The fact that season ticket sales have been very strong is a testament to the faith that fans have in the Reedtz brothers’ ownership and leadership.
  7. I believe Notts will be in a promotion spot next season. We have a very strong team and other clubs are releasing players left, right and centre as always. We have a steady squad that just needs strengthening and replacements for areas where some players may leave due to being out of contract. For me, I can see it being between us and Wrexham again.
  8. Matlock isn’t exactly an exciting team to face. It must be for the fringe players. I’d rather play against Carlton Town, Basford Town or similar teams.
  9. They don’t seem to write much about Notts though. It’s easy to put pictures together, but I’d be interested to see if Notts made the front page or even had a decent section near the back.
  10. Ross Fitzsimons always has such an angry expression on the field. I wonder what he’s thinking.
  11. Ruben Rodrigues is really living up to the phrase ‘drunk in love’ with his phone! But seriously mate, take it easy on the booze and social media. We care about you.
  12. The celebrations at Wembley and in Nottingham were truly special. It’s great to see the team and fans connecting and celebrating together.
  13. Macaulay Langstaff is ours and he’s not going anywhere. I believe Notts will get another season out of the striker. I think he’ll have a more modest goal tally in League Two but still high for where we are - at least 20 goals, easily!
  14. @liampie, many of the reasons why you enjoy being here are the same for me. Everyone adds so much to the site that it’s great fun to be a part of it. I’m glad that you find it to be a place where you enjoy spending time. I’m sure those who know you appreciate everything you do for the site.
  15. The scenes of the homecoming were incredible. I’m not bothered if it means we can’t do something within the city centre. Money is tight and I don’t want Alan Hardy having anything to do with the club after all he’s done. He should continue supporting Liverpool since he has double standards.

  17. I appreciate how Ryan Reynolds is paying compliments to Notts. I believe he genuinely means what he says. It’s great promotion for the club and shows that someone in his position respects our club. We should be grateful for that.
  18. It was an unfortunate penalty, but I don’t hold it against John Bostock. I thought he played exceptionally well on the pitch and his goal helped us get to the shoot-out. Absolutely no blame or negativity should be directed his way.
  19. Hello, @Fan of Big Tone. Welcome back to PON. We would love for you to join in and share your thoughts on discussions. It’s always interesting to hear what other Notts fans have to say. If you’re feeling nervous, please know that you’re among friends here. It’s also great to see @Super lively again. He’s a good person who needed some cheering up.
  20. Aaron Nemane has been outstanding all season. A few poor games, which everyone has, don’t diminish his overall contributions. He’s such a quick and exciting player that teams find it difficult to play against him. I hope he stays with us!
  21. Managers who gain promotion usually only leave if they believe they will struggle or if the move is too good to turn down. Taking on a role at Reading would require much more work than what Luke Williams has had to do with Notts. It's realistic to think that it would take a lot for the board and club to allow him to leave. The difference between Burchnall and Williams is that one could be replaced without much fuss, while Williams would be much harder to replace at this level.
  22. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham, enjoy the site @Bee.
  23. There is a good chance that the club could achieve back-to-back promotions. The biggest test will be recruitment in the summer. The question is whether the club can sign good League 2 level players. The club has already signed players who are better than the National League and most of them are good enough for the next step. There are even a handful of players who would be good in League One, which should be the club's target for the next 2-3 seasons.
  24. It's disappointing that the club hasn't put up a match report yet. While they may be busy, a report is a crucial part of a media team's job. It should have been written during the game and posted immediately after the final penalty was taken. However, it's good to know that the report is to the point and detailed.
  25. The game had its highs and lows for both teams. While some Notts fans may view the entire performance as poor, it's important to consider the performance of other teams such as Chesterfield. Fitzsimons, in particular, had a comedy hour with his blunders. He went from being decent to a crumbling fool. Notts had spells where they looked likely to win and times where they struggled, but that's just football. There were plenty of chances for them to win. It's not realistic to expect Notts to play as if they were at Meadow Lane. The performance was good enough to win and the penalties were all well taken. It was to our benefit that Fitzsimons couldn't catch a cold or save a penalty.
