  1. @liampie I Always thought Jonathan Forte Got A Raw Deal at Notts. He should have played more and I think if he'd had gotten a Decent Run in the Side, he would have scored many more Goals. He's Retired Now I Believe Through Injury.
  2. @Robbie and @Chris Sorry I didn't mention it in my Topic. The Source of the Content came from the B.B.C. 's own Football Website. Which is another Negative Point for the BEEB.
  3. @Chris Lions were sort of First recorded in Roman Times and they ranged over a more Vast area than today. In the Present day there are also only two types of Lions the African and the Asian. And as many early Artist never saw a real Lion, they went on descriptions of Merchants such as a Cat like Creature, so Lions, Leopards, Panthers, Cheetahs were all lumped together and Drawn or Painted in a very similar way. And for some reason the Leopard was considered a Cowardly Creature, so King Richard renamed the Creatures on his Great Seal and Shield Lions. His nickname of Lion Heart may have also had something to do with it.
  4. @Chris I think that's why @Robbie and myself think Jack's move to Man City wasn't the right one for him. Sine Pep's got hold of him, Well let's just say it's A disappointment. I think that Jack is much better off in a weaker team, that is where he's the Star Turn at City he's surrounded by other Top Players and this I think as made him Lazy. At Villa they relied on him they needed him, and by Far was their Best Player. With that Pressure he seemed to Thrive, but remove that Responsibility and well we've all seen the Result. Despite that I still think Southgate should have taken him to Germany (my opinion) because even if Jack was on the Bench he would still be an impact player. As I've stated before it wouldn't Surprise me, to see Jack move in the Next Transfer Window.
  5. It's been Reported that England Fans threw Plastic Beer Cups at England Manager Gareth Southgate. It's Now been reported by some Unnamed Journalist that Plastic Beer Cups were thrown from all Angles and several hit section where England Player's Family and Friends sat. According to Aston Villa's Ezri Konsa his Brother was Hit but was fine after the Incident. It was also Stated that None of the England Players Family or Friends were recognised, and None were Deliberately Targeted. Konsa also Stated that Southgate hadn't spoken to the Players regarding the Beer Cups being thrown at him. When Pressed further Konsa said things like this Happen In Football. We try Not to Think About It So We Move On. It seems to me a Bit of an Odd Story Or even a None Story and Comes Across has the Gutter Press, Are Trying To Paint England Fans in a Poor Light.
  6. Did you hear about the Dyslexic Pimp ? Bought himself a Warehouse. My Mate is 18 stone and it takes him hours to get to my place. Mind You there's a McDonald's and 2 Greggs between his House and Mine. Terrible News another Mate and his long Term Girlfriend have Split Up. She said he thinks more of his Puzzle Books than he did her. Which is true 15 years they were together and Never a Cross Word.
  7. The Photo shows Will Evans at Notts County. He's Invisible then? What an Asset a Striker you can't see, he could play havoc with opponents defences. If you can't see him, you can't mark him, then again if your Team Mates can't see you ? Ah Well maybe Not such a Good Signing.
  8. Didn't he move to a Scottish Club, when he Left Notts ? Thought he did Ok at the Lane.
  9. @TheSkipper Don't think his Kid will thank him if that's the case. Once the Lad's grown up and he can watch all the antics Gazza's been up to over the years, he ain't going to be impressed with his Old Man. You Named Me After Him? Cheers Dad.
  10. @TheSkipper Paul If It's A Boy You Say? Sure It's Not PEP?
  11. Laughter Is The Best Medicine. Nobody Can Deny That.
  12. @Robbie As I Understand It, Notts have secured a New Sponsorship Deal with COLGATE.
  13. Dum Dum Diddle Dum Diddle Dum. Now We All Know Dolly's had Many Country Hits But I Don't Care For Her Music, I'd Rather Look At Her Dum Dum Diddle Dum Diddle Dum.
  14. All Right, All Right Calm Down Calm Down. We a had Scouser Mick who worked with Us and two Blokes got into a Bit of an Argy Bargy and He said that phrase (without realizing He'd said It.) Everybody in Ear Shot just Collapsed into Gales of Laughter, Even the two Blokes forgot their Argument. No Work was Done for a Full 20 minutes, even the Team Leader who came round to see what all the Noise was about , joined in with the Laughter while Mick just stood there wondering was Hell was up with Everybody. Until somebody managed to Stop Laughing Long Enough to tell him what he'd said.
  15. @Chris What about the Sketch were Paul Whitehouse is the Team Manager and Gives the Half Time Team Talk? Very Very Funny. Where's the Bloke Love? Could You Imagine That on MOTD? It would be Totally Brilliant.
  16. Compare the Looks on the Magpies Players Faces, Then take a Look at the Faces of the England Squad.
  17. Two Million? He's Got To Be Worth Three At the Very Least. Nah I think Macca will be at the Lane, until the Next January Transfer Window and maybe beyond. Depends how many Goals he Scores.
  18. In What Universe does Jolene sound like Jodi ? Get yourself down the Doctors and Get Him to Syringe Your Ears.
  19. @Robbie Southgate's Got the Devil's Own Luck When It Comes to the Draw in Big Games. But Despite this I just can't see England getting anywhere near the Final. The Players Don't seem Interested, I mean what do the England Squad Do Between Matches? They've Played None of the Top Teams Yet and when they do they'll Get Ripped Apart even a half Decent Italian Side will Beat the 3 Lions the Way Southgate's got them Set Up. Sorry For Being Negative Guys, but for Years It seems Yes England Have A Chance in This Tournament Or That Tournament. And for Years the English Fans Have Been Let Down And I can't Help But Feel It's Going To Be The Same Again.
  20. @Fan of Big Tone Yeah Age Is Catching Up With You???? Me An All. The Bishop Goal against Man City was it a Meadow Lane In the F.A. Cup? When City equalized in the 87th minute? I thought the Ball Hit the back of Bishop's head, then went in? I Don't Know You Could Well Be Right. I Remember the Replay Notts Got Thumped 5-1. It was the First Time my Eldest Son had gone to a Notts away game. I asked him what was it like? It was Great Dad, then we went to the Football.
  21. @Chris Each to their Own Eh? I'm also a Big Fan of the Two Ronnie's and to go back even further I also like Laurel & Hardy. And the Abbot & Castello who's on First Sketch is Comedy Gold. Harry and Paul also very Funny. I used to Enjoy Harry and Kathy Burke as Wayne and Waynetta Slob.
  22. I think the Last Time the Magpies played in Europe, wasn't it against Juventus , when the Italian Giants Opened Their New Stadium? Lee Hughes scored for Notts in the 1-1 Draw.
  23. @Chris This is a Very Funny Clip. I Love Morecambe & Wise. I remember their Brilliant Christmas shows in the 70's and all the Plays Wot Ernie Wrote. One of the classic lines from a Play They Walked Arm in Arm along the Seine He on the Left Bank, She on the Right. Or when a special Guest appeared in their Flat Ernie would ask would You Like A Coffee? And the Answer Would be I'd Sooner Have Tea Ern. And Eric would Just Crack Up. Seen it a Million Times and Laughed a Million Times.
  24. Watching the Magpies in Germany? 9
  25. I Must Admit the Georgia vs Portugal Result Is A Bit Of A Shock.
