Good little interview, I get what he’s saying about needing to improve as a player. Luke has brought out another side to him. He's affecting games from deeper, helping us control games and has more defensive duties too. He’s pretty much a complete player now. But Ian improved him massively too, it was under Neal Ardley where he struggled.

You can tell Ruben is committed to getting us up (as are a lot of our players) and if we do achieve it this season I still think he’ll be gone regardless – but I’m not thinking about that now, just got to enjoy him while we can!
