Halifax play in the FAWNL Premier Div North which is a step up from the FAWNL Division 1 Midlands that Notts play in. 

It will be a tough game for Notts but they can go into the game with confidence due to their excellent recent form, winning their last two away games.

Halifax may be a league higher than Notts, but the Notts Ladies gave them a run for their money today.

Once again, the Notts defence was well organised and kept Halifax to just the two goals in the first half.Notts managed a goal of their own too.

Chances were at a premium in the 2nd half with both defences dominating, although Notts had a chance to equalise in injury time.

Notts should take encouragement from this narrow defeat, They kept a clean sheet in that second half which is a big positive considering the opposition today.

It will be back to the league for their next match.
