Surely it would make sense to apply a rule whereby any money comes from the main figure head of a football team? I.E the chairman? That would make clowns think twice about taking on the position.

Only in the extreme situations like this! It still suggest stricter rules must be applied to owners before being approved.

It is pretty odd though.

This all seems very dodgy but I bet when everything is sorted that the outcome will resukt in more misery for the Cardiff City fans.
