its refreshing to see a manager being like this, its honest and kind of him to pay notts so many compliments.

i think weymouth biggest issue was not using the ball well enough, they gave it away quite easily at times and many times in their own half. they passed the ball around nicely at times but lacked what was needed to get the ball into our penalty box and finish off chances in a clinical way.
