Match Discussion: Game 36 - Monkey Hangers (A)
Notts made it easy for Hartlepool, who did play better for the most part but I think it would have been different if more players had turned up properly.
-
Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Cardinals (H)
Take the point but Notts needs to stop wasting attacks focusing on Cal Roberts and Enzio Boldewijn. Cal Roberts played magnificently well. But Notts looked better when Jim O'Brien was sliding those through balls in to feed Kristian Dennis or Kyle Wootton in the first half, it became all lump it to the wing and pass it back.

Match Discussion: Game 33 - The Spireites (H)
Those that step up need to show why they deserve to start, the squad has depth and its time we used it. Notts have had large squads for years now, some there's got to be players to cover the injuries. Hopefully, someone can grab an early goal to take much of the nerves off the game.

Match Discussion: Game 32 - Daggers (A)
I just hope Notts gives a performance that shows securing a playoff place is possible.

Match Discussion: Game 31 - The Whites (H)
Winning mentality would help the club to thrive further, fans will also be more up for games and that positive effect can be an influence around the ground. I will say 1-0 Notts. Kristian Dennis to score the only goal.

Match Discussion: Game 12 - The Ravens (A)
I think the momentum from doing well would naturally lift the club, it would ease the pressure on Neal Ardley and put Notts in a good position. Bromley are unknown to me, Notts just needs to respect them. Go for a win and see what happens, I just want to them work hard.

Mitch Whiley's take on Notts County and the 'Neal Ardley Out crew'
Great write up, I have to agree with it. Neal Ardley needs more time. If people can discuss things maturely, you have to respect their opinion but there are a lot of idiots out there who claim to be Notts fans.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Red Dragons (H)
It's been ages since I have seen Notts take on Wrexham. They've sold their allocation which is great, both teams should be fully up for the game. I hope they don't out sing us at Meadow Lane.

Match Discussion: Game 32 - Green Devils (A)
Come back with three points, we need a win and the games MASSIVE.

Well done to the winners, lets see your prizes when they arrive.

Match Discussion: Game 23 - The Mariners (A)
Notts needs a stronger second half, so far it's a worthy lead for Grimsby. 2-0 down.
-
Match Discussion: Game 21 - Stags (A)
Mansfield wanted it more, it's that simple and once they scored Notts never tried to get back on level terms. After that it dropped off.
-
Match Discussion: EFL Trophy - Rovers (H)
It would be interesting to see if Notts can keep the ball on the ground in the next league game, Harry Kewell's tactics was worse than Kevin Nolan's.

Match Discussion: Game 14 - The Shakers (A)
Why are Bury called the Shakers?J T Ingham - Created 'The Shakers' It's the most asked question that the club receives, from young to old, they all want to know exactly why are Bury Football Club called 'the Shakers?' So here it is, the definitive answer "It was the 1892 Lancashire Cup Final on 23 April that the clubs nickname of 'The Shakers' first came into being. Mr. J T Ingham was Chairman cum team manager at the time and it is this gentleman who is alleged to have been questioned about his team's ability to beat the supposedly stronger opponents that day. It has been recorded down the years since that Mr. Ingham retorted as follows:- 'We shall shake 'em, in fact, we are the Shakers' And that was seized upon by the press of the day and since then, the club have been known as 'The Shakers.' Some reports suggest that Mr. Ingham may have actually uttered the phrase at the semi-final game against Everton, but what is certain, is that Bury Football Club's nickname came into existence during the famous Lancashire Senior Cup success of 1892." So if somebosdy asks, now you know..... https://www.buryfc.co.uk/history2/why-shakers/

Match Discussion: Game 11 - Red Devils (H)
Outstanding performance by Notts, it was go from the kick off and I was impressed by how solid the team looked across the field. There was only a few scares from Crawley, I think they could have had several shots at an empty goal and still missed. Thankfully Notts are now playing like a team!

Match Discussion: Game 12 - The Silkmen (A)
It's all about another 3 points! If the team plays well and goes in strong from the last two performances Notts should have them.
-
Match Discussion: Game 8 - The Boro (H)
Normally I would be frustrated but I feel a point has given Notts something to build on from. I am not impressed with Fitzsimons but I hope if we can cut down the shots on target that he may find his hands again, either that or the confidence. I felt the KOP made a big impact and it was a lively response from the fans.

Match Discussion: Game 8 - The Boro (H)
I have some optimism restored by the signings, I am hoping Evina has a lot of pace and can defend.
-
Match Discussion: Game 8 - The Boro (H)
Notts needs to win but I cans see a draw happening too. 1-1, Stead to score.
-
Match Discussion: Game 7 - The Grecians (A)
It says much about the state of the club when I and other fans are hoping for a draw as the outcome. I can't see a win happening away from home just yet.
-
Match Discussion: Game 6 - Rovers (H)
The players will either do well and win showing how they have let down Kevin Nolan or they will play badly and lose. It's going to be a long game I feel.

Video Discussion: Games of Remembrance come to Meadow Lane
Anyone here planning to go to this?
-
Match Discussion: Game 5 - Red Imps (A)
Awful performance, it was dreadful and Nolan's interviews are starting to become incoherent rambles. The pressure is on the club and him now. It's a good thing that people want to see the club fail so much by unacceptably bringing a man down who has revived Notts until this season. I'm afraid some fans choose what they say and think, it seems almost a game.
-
Match Discussion: Game 2 - United (A)
Judging by Kevin's post match interview he's not a very happy manager, it also sounds like there may be some movement in the loan market. I think the defence would be good enough with an experience keeper in goal. Disappointing loss after leading 1-0.

Why it helps Notts County to have former Newcastle United and Manchester United players in the ranks
Absolutely agree with this, Alan Smith and Shola Ameobi are both great servants of the club.
