I do agree to a point @Chris in what you are saying.... I slightly disagree with "It makes me very thankful to have witnessed the Luke Williams era, as it's the closest I have seen to a manager that cares about the whole of his squad." I think we were far too sentimental, especially on our defence, some 2 year contracts dished out were unwarranted. LW also brought in Randall, having previously worked with him at Swindon.... didn't turn out too well either.

I'm disappointed he hasn't come to Notts in a way. Mick Jones found Paddy Kenny for Warnock from Bradford Park Avenue. I dont necessarily buy into that we have to recruit from EFl1 or EFL2 nonsense, Stone has just proved my point
