After coming back onto the PON Website, after doing other Stuff 

I Suddenly find that a Greenlight is Flashing around the W of my User Name. There's a Big Green Banner which says Wheelbarrow Rep, it's Not  just my User Name but all PON Members who are on line, that's Flashing. Is this a New Thing? Or is it some Technical Glitch, that's only Happening on My Screen?

If it's the Former Please Stop It, Because It's Extremely Off Putting. Really there's Nothing Worse than trying to read someone's Comment when you can see this Flashing Greenlight at the Edge of Your Vision, it keeps Dragging My eyes back to the Movement.  If it's the latter I hope Someone Can Put It Right.

I'm on a phone but there seems to be yellow green & purple in the background on the posts. Looks like a glitch.
