I found time to watch it too, it really is worth watching Jodie seems a real genuine type of person and although he feels a little aggrieved that he wasn’t offered a contract extension he has nothing bad to say about the club. His insights into his years at Notts makes a fascinating listen. We will miss Jodie he will always be a legend at Notts and I really hope he gets his wish to play in the championship one day.

I've just watched the video, thanks for posting it @Robbie , I really like Montague and I'm so pleased he returned to the club. It's a very good interview as you say he is very positive and I would add very eloquent in getting his point across. I was pleased to hear that the brothers and the club are very disciplined and don't listen to outside noise. I think the fans will always have their say about how the club is run and who we should sign etc., it has been the case ever since I started watching football, in the old days it used to be people writing to the football post and on phone ins on radio, now its on social media but its good to hear that while the club is willing to listen to supporters they run the club how they think it should be run and aren't pressured into anything by outside influences. We've got off to a very good start in the division much better than I expected, long may it continue.

The transfer window has closed and now we can concentrate on the football. I don’t think all the speculation and rumours are very helpful. Paterson knows what is squad is and who he’s got to work with and from the way he talked in an interview he’s more than happy with it. He hinted that because of the strength in depth he’ll be making what he called some surprising selections to future team sheets. It sounds like he feels he’ll be able to rotate more than he has in the past. I’m looking forward to talking more about football and less about rumours. What do others think?

I use Facebook to keep in touch with family other than that I try not to read things that appear randomly in my feed. I looked at a few political discussions and then found the algorithms were constantly pushing one sided political posts at me. This is what’s happening all the time to everyone reading Twitter and Facebook, it just makes people angry and divided. I fear for the future these social media sites need controlling.
