Fact of the day:

Queen’s Park last defeated ­Rangers in a Scottish Cup tie in 1882, at that point the second round of the “­Glasgow and Suburbs” section. Scotland’s oldest league club will take a place in the quarter-final draw for the first time since 1983.

    Great outcome for Queens Park, the development of young Scottish players is quite big at the moment and QP are one of those teams with a heavy focus on their academy. Rangers and Celtic need to have days like this because it is a good advert for Scottish football.
