@notts-joe I think his first half performance in the Chesterfield Reserve game gave a fair indication that the quality just wasn't there... hence JS going out to get Collins on loan. Hopefully Gibson can come back from his loan spell with hunger to press for a first team place.

I would have been disappointed if we had offered a contract to WMB.  In one way I hoped he would make it as he was in the same year as my middle daughter at Nottingham Bluecoat School, and she is a friend of his on facebook (so I might have got inside info!), but despite the hat-trick I saw him score against Linby he never convinced me he was up to Football League level.  Good luck to the lad in the future, I will still keep an eye on his progress.

What right do you have to tell me I'm wrong?  You're not my Granddaughter.
