Leigh Curtis needs to visit Specsavers by giving Hewitt a 5. Too generous in general for the defence.

Collin. 2 uninspiring display, 2 real errors. Expect much better

Hollis 3 Turning circle of a super tanker.

Audel 4 Lack of defensive awareness exposed again

Dickinson 4 Organisational skills not enough with players around him

Hewitt 2 cannot  defend, countless times lost possession.

Duffy 4 a touch slow at times

Rodman 5 shows touches of class and commitment

Tootle 5 Got stuck in first half, faded in 2nd. Should have won a penalty when fouled.

Aborah 5 put in some good free kicks but didn't do enough to get involved

Stead 2 inept

Forte 6 showed some good touches, unlucky with late shot

Forgot to mention Pinkish Red kit 0/10 ....  what a dire commercial decision made.

I can't say I'm surprised really, the named team seemed to have too many wide men and not enough in the middle. Aborah the only true central midfielder. First day of the season and we're relying on Smith and Hollis again - I'd hoped those days were gone. And did we actually play that formation in pre-season?

Still, it's only one game. Hopefully lessons will be learned and we'll get some points on the board against Stevenage.
