Notts vs Crawley

It's a shame I couldn't make this one, although I did walk by the ground when Bishop scored and the sound was very loud. (Made me wished I was inside the ground) I noticed this iffy looking Notts fan watching from the main gates too, which was very weird because he asked me what I was doing outside. It sounded like it was a much better game, I'm going on comments I've heard of course.

Not that disappointing for me, hopefully a starting point for us to build on some good form at home.

I was at a weymouth reserve game but with it being a 2pm kick off i managed to get back in time to listen to the last half hour on Magpie Player. From what they said on the radio and what other fans have said it sounds like we had more than enough chances to win the game but we had one of them days in front of goal and a very poor ref didnt help. I dont like to use referee's as an excuse but 2 free kicks awarded to us in the full 90 minutes says it all.

Still, a draw is better than another home defeat. Two tough away games to come now against improving Scunthorpe (I swear every club thats having a poor season starts picking up just in time to play us?) and Preston North End - one of them sides you dont know which will show up.
