  8. Derby had Friargate on the Great Northern railway, which would have crossed on the Bennerley viaduct I can just about remember Nottingham Arkwright street station from my childhood... Nottingham Victoria and Leicester Central were on the Great Central line to London Marylebone. There was also Nottingham High Level and low level too...on London road

  10. @DangerousSausageI seem to recall that under the lease from Trustees of Haydn Green, we could possibly have lost the ground if we had been relegated to Nat Lge North or South... The perceived peppercorn rent we pay, does give us a £ advantage over maybe other clubs
