Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
@Chris Brooks might play Saturday night. I think it's important for football players to give their all for the entire game to succeed. Even if they start slow, they need to keep pushing to create chances to win. I believe they can win if they put in full effort. Meadow Lane stadium is awesome with over 12,000 fans in attendance. The crowd can inspire the players and make the stadium feel like a higher-level venue. Ruben and Palmer are great players who can change the game for Notts. They can control the game's flow and create chances for the team. I would love to see them lead the charge. Overall, I'm confident that Notts can win if they work hard and dedicate themselves to the game. The crowd's support and players like Ruben and Palmer can make a big difference in securing a win.

Match Discussion: Game 38 - Wanderers (H)
The match against Dorking tomorrow is make or break for Notts County's title challenge. A win keeps their hopes alive, but anything less than that makes it difficult. Every point is critical, and the pressure is mounting as the season progresses. But with determination and focus, the team can still achieve their goal. Dropping even two points means relying on Wrexham to draw or lose, making it tougher to maintain a fight for the first place.

Notts County's Kyle Cameron speaks on contract concerns, emphasizing Luke Williams' importance
Getting a promotion is important to our players, as it gives them the opportunity to improve their skills and compete at a higher level. While I expect Kyle Cameron to stay with our team for another season, I think that other squad members like Ruben Rodrigues and Aaron Nemane might want to join a team higher up the football pyramid. Therefore, it's essential that we focus our attention on achieving promotion to satisfy the ambitions of our talented athletes.

Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Lillywhites (A)
Notts have found Bromley to be a challenging opponent at Meadow Lane, as they are skilled in countering teams that prefer a possession-based, attacking style of play. They are likely to employ a slow pace while pushing forward during set pieces, potentially putting pressure on Notts' defence. Despite this, Notts has the talent to return to their winning form, but the outcome may depend on which team desires the victory more.I expect a draw to be the likely outcome.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Daggers (H)
Both the assistant referee on the left and the referee failed to spot the obvious penalty on Langstaff. I completely concur that it was a missed call, but I chose not to intervene with any possible accusations of bribery towards the referee. My belief is that the officials displayed poor performance and most likely succumbed to the pressure of the cameras.

Achieving this goal is a challenging task, whether it is done by a single person or a committee. Nonetheless, I hope it can be accomplished.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Daggers (H)
It's hard to accept defeat when we played well, especially in the second half, but still lost. After the final whistle when a player was sent off it isn't great. While the referee's decisions on penalty calls may have been questionable, I'm amazed at how effectively the opposing team blocked our attempts. It feels like a tall order to ask for Chesterfield to help us out, given their current form. Nevertheless, we must move forward and focus on our next game. Our aim is to win the remaining 11 matches and secure victory in the last 2 games of the season to achieve our goal.

Match Discussion: Game 34 - The Shrimpers (H)
As fans, these are the games we ought to cherish for a considerable length of time. Whether they signify the beginning of something extraordinary, let's relish the football being presented to us by these players and Luke Williams. We should count ourselves fortunate to witness such exceptional quality on display. All the goals last night were amazing, but I would like to single out Langstaff's goal, where he touched the ball twice and hit it with his laces into the far corner. The Notts squad is very impressive, and sometimes, I have to pinch myself to not get carried away as a fan, knowing there are still 12 games to go. The left-wring has created a well-oiled machine with the squad.

Match Discussion: Game 18 - Daggers (H)
I want to credit Dagenham for making a game of it because early on, Notts looked a step above them and that made them play a lot more carefully. Before we scored, they had a few good chances to take the lead themselves. It made the game very open and added to the excitement. Notts needed to up their game at times, as weak passes, poor decision making meant that a lot of build up play was wasted. Good goals, but once we retook the lead I feared they would pull level and they did threaten.

Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (A)
Either team could have got another goal and won, but Notts grabbed the draw which is all that matters.

Match Discussion: FA Cup - The Dale (A)
A nice cup run would be nice for Notts, we haven't enjoyed one for awhile now. Rochdale aren't a difficult team to play against, going to their ground will give them the home comforts but if Notts buckles down and works hard. There's no reason why a victory couldn't end up coming back home to Meadow Lane.

Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (H)
I think Notts will lose, sorry! I know nobody likes it when someone says this but I think we'll slip up against Tamworth.
-
Match Discussion: FA Cup Qualifying - The Lambs (A)
Hit them early, it could be a good game with plenty of chances. Allow them to control the game, then we might make a real game of it. Either way, I am looking forward to seeing what happens on the pitch. I am hoping Jim O'Brien makes a start, as I think he will get in behind Tamworth and make it tricky for them.
-
Match Discussion: Game 11 - The Glovers (A)
Hopefully, the Notts team that are overcoming the recent defeats will continue to get ahead when they have fallen back. Or if it is later in the game and our attacking form has stopped being effective, this will be time for us time to time waste a little with passing football, otherwise after time we might generally fold as opposed to keep pushing.
-
Match Discussion: Game 9 - The Cardinals (H)
Give Matt Palmer the ball, make space and that will keep Notts moving forward. We have to be a lot more creative. I don't want to see Notts attempt to walk into the back of the net, someone has to try their luck from distance. With Cal Roberts out, we might be one dimensional.

Notts County secure loan signing of 21-year-old centre back Ciaran Brennan
I've seen him play, he's a good prospect that should do just fine here. I am excited to see how he fits in, as Notts has needed someone with a bit of pace at the back, and whilst Kyle Cameron will be a loss. I think if he does well, Ian Burchnall should consider trying to bring him in for the full season.
-
Opinion: Notts must unleash rarely-seen 22-year-old next season, could really help promotion tilt
I think with some game time and faith, Lewis Knight could prove to be a very important player in time. If he plays out wide as a forward or more as a striker, his pace and potential will only grow with any chance given. I don't think he's done bad so far, and should be considered ahead of Elisa Sam who I believe will perform better this season.

Defender Dion Kelly-Evans agrees brand new deal at Notts County
Now to add depth, but its great to have DKE all signed up for another season.
-
Jake Reeves exits Notts County to sign for Football League club Stevenage
Big loss IMO, quality midfielder who did much of the work and everything in between. Underrated in his ability to get Notts going.
-
Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Cardinals (A)
This could help Ian Burchnall win over the players further, a massive 3 points which has come at a good time. First half it looked likely to end up as a draw, I didn't think Notts would lose but turning it around for the win just didn't seem likely. All of the goals Notts scored could be reviewed and used to improve the performances over the next couple of weeks, we haven't been playing to space or attacking teams well but Woking ended up being broken down. I would also suggest the fitness of Notts helped somewhat too.
-
Match Discussion: Game 13 - The Cardinals (H)
I thought Enzio would inject something into the game, but so far he's killing every move by either not stretching the play or attempting to pull off the impossible. Very poor game from Notts, lacking everything needed to win a game.

Shaun Derry: The Magpie Circle - The Great Escape double episode feature
The first is very good, I need to find time for the second but I will probably listen to it tomorrow now.
-
Match Discussion: Game 7 - The Shots (A)
If Notts managed to win playing that poor, I would be surprised. Teams that start slow, are always second best are never going to get that break to score or lead in a game. I think too many are overlooking the players who are responsible when they cross onto the field. Nobody had a great game for Notts, Roberts and Rawlinson are two big misses as mentioned. When 10 players are poor, its always going to be a task to demand more and from there the game will get harder.
-
Match Discussion: Game 5 - The Magpies (H)
At this point I would take a draw, lower the expectations a little. We went from the pre-season where fans overreacted, to being undefeated in 3 back to back games. Win a 4th and those doom and gloom mongers will be hyping us up and getting disappointed again when their bubble bursts. I do feel Notts are more than good enough to win. Provided Wootton is fit, I have every faith he can score. I feel Doyle, Reeves, Enzio, Roberts, Thomas etc, are all capable of chipping in.

Match Discussion: Game 4 - The U's (A)
It's wins like tonight which highlights teams good enough to chase for Promotion. I don't want to sound like I am getting ahead of myself, there's still a long way, but after Dover this is the perfect start that we couldn't have asked for. The game had a draw all over it, yet Kyle Wootton managed to get the ball across the line dead late into the game. It's results like this which our fans will also miss seeing live, imagine the reaction to winning the 3rd game of 4 in the 94th minute. It really doesn't get any better than that. Notts just needs to improve away from home, confidence should do that.
