My stand out #22 Reece Welch, on loan from Everton

Yes, he appeared neat and very effective. Forest Green Rovers performed well as a team and displayed excellent quality, especially when Reece Welch managed to evade our players without being pushed off the ball. He was very impressive!

I think a few could realistically do a job here, they looked very good as a team.

Reece Welch is a special talent though.

I think he's the lad that tried to wind up Jodi Jones though, which was a bit daft. I might be wrong.

The tweet is somewhat misleading. It’s a team effort, and while he’s a good player, the team’s improvement isn’t solely because of him. He’s a talented player who will likely play at a higher level in a few years. I doubt he’ll return to this level anytime soon.

The young player performed well against us. His potential is evident and his skills were impressive. He’s definitely one to watch.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Everton Under-21s defender Reece Welch will spend the season on loan with second-tier Belgian side KMSK Deinze.
