I was watching the Football League highlights and noticed that our old favourite Alan Sheehan is now interim manager of Swansea City, I wish him well.

good player for us, he was one of them we really did not appreciate properly until he had left. it amazed me how fans wanted him back after some of them would call him. he did very well with luton.

good luck to him in his coaching.

Best of luck to Alan Sheehan. I wasn’t aware of his activities since retirement, but I’ve always thought he would make a good coach, assistant, or manager someday. I hope he gets the opportunity to manage a team properly at some point.

Alan Sheehan was always a hero for Notts, if playing on the left of defence or as a centre back. I hated seeing some of the comments he attracted from some poritons of our fans who didn't appreciate his ability. He always did give 100%, good luck to him.

Alan Sheehan was a commendable captain and player for Notts, and I’ll always wish him the best. If management is his ambition, I hope he achieves it.

As a former Notts player, I hope Alan Sheehan successfully extends his football career into coaching and management. He was an effective captain and should be a valuable addition to any club. Best of luck to him.

I was unaware that he was a coach at Swansea City. It appears he’s done quite well for himself after retirement. I’ve always believed he was superior to a League One/Two player.

I would always wish the best for someone like Alan Sheehan. We may have had difficulties during his time at the club, but none of it was his fault. We are indebted to him for the penalty he scored that kept us in League One against Oldham. I hope he accomplishes his coaching aspirations.

I'd completely overlooked him. He's the sort of former player the club should consider inviting back for a match, given his intriguing seasons with us.
