That Notts team doesn’t really roll off the tongue there’s only a few I remember, Martindale, Redmile, Arkins and Pollitt.

Can anyone explain what the Pontins League actually was? I have never heard of it.

I thought I recognised Michael Forsyth and googled to check that it was the same Michael Forsyth that played for my team. -it was,325 appearances 1986-1995 but only 7 for Notts.

Tony Dorigo (also played for Rams)and Gary Speed in the Leeds team
