I know it's quite hard to get an appointment with an NHS dentist.

Hi @Robbie no I’ve not been able to get an appointment, thankfully it’s not giving me pain it’s sort of split in half but the root is not exposed it’s just a bit sharp and jagged, I won’t get anything until next week now, I’ll phone on Monday.

Today I’m going to do a park run for the first time in a couple of weeks so it will be tough on the old legs, wish me luck.

Good morning everyone. Plenty of blue sky here first thing, the morning is chilly but not as cold as the last few days.

Wood pigeons are out early this morning doing their foraging on the lawn. Garden is looking very lush and green 

Our yellow Prairie flowers are still holding strong. Once the flowers come out in early August they can last till the end of September. 

It's nice to have some colour right till the end of the growing season.

Have to pop out this morning for a few goodies for the weekend.

It's Matchday today too. Good luck and safe journey to all who are traveling to Bromley. Hope you are all rewarded with a positive result today.

Good morning it’s a nice start to the day here and the forecast is for some warm weather.

I’ve got a couple of hedges to cut I just hope it isn’t to painful for my bad arm because the hedge trimmer is heavy, I’d better do them before we go away though otherwise they’ll be more work when we get back.

The back lawn also needs a trim but I might leave that until tomorrow, I’m a bit achy after yesterdays run.

Good start to the morning but it's clouded over here & now raining. It looks set for a while too 

Was thinking about cutting the grass today, but that idea has gone for today.

Nice end to Saturday with the away win at Bromley.

Hope the Notts women can get a win over Mansfield Town Women today in the Notts senior cup.

Notts are a league tier above Mansfield so on paper Notts should get a win.
