How Long Have You Been Here?

Ever noticed that little timestamp on posts showing how long members have been part of the Pride of Nottingham? Makes you wonder, doesn’t it, how many of us actually remember joining and just how long we've been lingering around here.

I joined over a decade ago, but it feels like it was only yesterday. I was drawn in by the enticing prospect of chatting about Notts and the refreshing notion of reasonable discussions. Since then, things have changed mostly for the better, and I still can’t quite wrap my head around the fact that I’ve been part of this community for ten years.

Time really does have wings, doesn’t it? Through the highs and lows of supporting Notts County, we’ve shared so many moments within this incredible community. Here's to many more! 🎉

I've been a member of the PON community for just 399 days, but it seems I've been a part of it for years.

We may disagree on some things but we are all united in our love for Notts County.

Proud to be a supporter for 58 years & counting of the oldest professional football club in the World. COYP

I’ve been a member on here since 2012, I did take a sabbatical where I didn’t post for a few years but I won’t go into that. After returning to the fold I was made welcome again and haven’t looked back.

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

I have been a member since January 2017, so 8 years now. The community has always been welcoming, supportive, and focused on healthy discussion. In my early teens, I decided I would like to write about sports. I have found PON to be very influential in my development, and I look back on my university years, seeing this site thrive.

People might not always agree, but we need to remember that we want the best for each other and not at the expense of the site itself. I am passionate about the community, just as much as I am about writing.

I joined on the 22nd of August 2023. I have been a long-time reader of the content published by the Pride of Nottingham, which I find excellent. I do not get involved much with the forum side of things, but I enjoy talking about Notts and reading discussions. Any area where I can provide a detailed and worthwhile comment inspires me to contribute. I do not like adding a comment if I feel I cannot add to the context or points. From time to time, I visit the forum, and I see something where I feel a comment would be worth adding.

Although I have not been a member for very long, I have read the site for as long as some of you have been members. I understand that it is difficult to maintain something like this, but I miss the content and articles put out on the home page.
