The top six clubs in English Football always seem to be untouchable from any possible sanctions that may be considered for possible wrongdoings.

Any other club that steps out of line or even inadvertently breaks the rules, always seem to get almost instant justice, either by a points deduction or a large fine.

I don't think that even a football regulator would be able to touch the untouchables.
