He could be a bit of a k**b, but I did think he made a good assistant. It's just his tendency to act like him and Kevin Nolan were to be worshipped. I had no issues with him, and the times I spoke with him, he sounded very knowledgable, but I did see him reacting unprofessionally.

Weather a good or bad thing, he wouldn't hear anyone bad mouth Nolan's tactics etc to the point he would just go off on one. Pairing him with Jamie Fullarton would create an explosive combination! Get that TNT ready.
