Well they’ve got the man they wanted, I hope it works out for them and him, it’s a tough job but I have a feeling they’ll escape relegation.

I was annoyed when Paul Warne was sacked .Mostly due to the number of injuries he had to contend with during the disastrous losing run of games.I thought Matt Hamshaw would be a good choice after he took up the reins away against Norwich, with players returning from injury and new signings available,and could have won with a much improved display.My reasoning being that he was already at the club,knew the players and set up,and no compensation to a rival club would have to be paid.After the home match against Oxford I realised the job wasn't that easy. Derby were very poor and though Matt Hamshaw made all the subs I would expect there was still no improvement.Yes,I could give reasons for the poor display.Players perhaps not fully fit after injuries others coming in  and needing time to gel. Whatever the reason Matt didn't have the answer.I wish John Eustace well and hope that he DOES have the answer.
