Alan Sheehan agrees to remain in charge at Swansea City until the end of the season as Mark Fotheringham and Richard Stearman join his staff.

i always liked mark fotheringham, with better players who had pace around him he would have been apricated a lot more at notts i think. his skill and technique was very good for a player and although surprised he later joined fulham i can see why they would opt for a player like him.

Chance for Mark to work for a top side in Scotland, who may get some silverware this season. It's an opportunity not to turn down.

I wish him lots of luck in his new position. Of course it's only an interim position but the experience will serve him well.
