Another dissapointing defeat this evening against Salford.

I have added Rod McDonald, Jodi Jones & George Abbott to the starting 11 for you to choose your PON Man of the Match.

Slocombe, Macari, Platt, Bedeau, Tsaroulla, Hinchy, Palmer, Jarvis, Whittaker, McGoldrick, Jatta, McDonald, Jones,  Abbott.

Please make your choice & tell us why you chose that player.

I’ve voted for David McGoldrick, he was head and shoulders above some of the other players.

None worthy tonight. @Fan of Big Tone Didzy for all his good work was also very sloppy at time, in losing the ball.

At least Tsaroulla had a shot, but I can't even vote for that

My four Notts standouts who make my shortlist against Salford are:-

Sam Slocombe.

Will Jarvis.

David McGoldrick

Rod McDonald.

But I do think that David McGoldrick stood out from the players I named on my shortlist, so my Man of the Match is David McGoldrick.

Even having slept on it it's an almost impossible decision to make, I think if you asked the players last night they would agree that no-one was worthy.

@Piethagoram I also thought Didzy had a poor performance last night by his standards, I agree he did far too much chasing back to make up for his overplaying/poor passing. Yes he scored but he was basically on the goal-line for his goal, it was a great header back across from Macari.

Those two votes decided the man of the match. Whether it's 50 voted or just one voted, it still counts the same.
