Morning all, it’s a new week and another sunny start.

We had a nice bbq last night with the family when our son and DIL came to collect the kids after their weekend away. It was lovely having our grandchildren for the weekend but it’ll be nice to get back to normal this week.

Today if I can summon up the energy I want to jet wash the path at the side of the house, I’m a bit worried about dirty water going on next doors property because it’s a bit lower than our property, they are very house proud and everything must be immaculate but they’re nice people so hopefully they’ll understand if they get a bit of seepage on their side.

Whats everyone else up to today?

@Piethagoram are you still travelling?

Looks like it's going to be another nice day here. The cloud is breaking & the Sun has got his hat on.

It certainly has been a very nice spring & hopefully it will be a sunny Summer too.

We haven't had much rain here for going on three-months. Won't be long before we get a hosepipe ban the way things are going.

Off to the Superstore shortly to get some goodies before we get a delivery tomorrow.

My friend managed to secure tickets for the Wimbledon trip, and despite it being in London. Jake is coming! Very early start planned, but I am excited. I have been focusing on reaching out via emails today and yesterday.

Along with sorting out other behind-the-scenes things, so that things are a lot more smoother once the season has finalised.

Yesterday was our 19th wedding anniversary with my amazing soulmate @cheeky~k8. Thursday, Jake turns 19 and Sunday is a day I am hoping to spend at least some of the time at Wilford Hill and @super_ram. May is a busy point for us.

Good morning, happy Tuesday, though not so happy for me, I’ve got a dentist appointment at 11am for a check up, I’ve got a broken tooth on the top but I’m going to tell the de gist to leave it as it’s causing me no problems at present I don’t want to lose it as I’ve already got several missing on the top and it would mean forking out for a new partial denture.

Have a good day everyone.

It's been another lovely day here with plenty of warm sunshine, but there was a nice breeze too.

It was a nice drying day too & the Mrs decided to take advantage of the warm weather & do the washing.

Watched an early evening movie on You tube. The original, "The Day the Earth Stood Still" with Michael Rennie.

I still think that the original is better than the modern interpretation of 2008 that starred Keanu Reeves.

Morning all and happy Wednesday.

I was really pleased with the dentist yesterday she took one look at the broken tooth and said that she could repair it, which she did there and then with no fuss and best of all no needle, I thought that I’d have to have it out eventually because a big chunk had broken off so it was a real bonus to not only keep it but now it’s good as new.

Today we are going for a walk along the river, it should be nice in the sunshine have a lovely day everyone.

It's been another pleasant day, although there has been more cloud than late.

Watered the garden plants this morning. When are we going to get some decent rain?

I didn't think I would be saying that in the middle of May after all the rain we have had these past few years.

Watched an oldie this late afternoon. The Hound of the Baskervilles with Basil Rathbone, Nigel Bruce & a young Richard Greene from the Robin Hood series.

Mrs Robbie bought some pop corn so it was nice to get a front row seat at the movies while munching away.

@Robbie they said on the weather tonight that we’ll get rain for the bank holiday weekend, shame for the folk who were hoping to get away but as you say the gardens and farmers desperately need some rain.
