A pensioner dressed up as Elvis has managed to out vote the Liberal Democrats in Clifton's local council by-election. He called himself The Bus Pass Elvis Party

Couldn't stop laughing at this earlier, not only is Clifton where I grew up, but just the story in general, this sort of thing would only happen in Nottingham!
