Celebratory pub meal

Me and Mrs H went for a pub meal the other night to celebrate her clean bill of health. We have had several weeks worrying after she had a health scare but thankfully it was a false alarm. Can't tell you hoe relieved we were.

Anyway we went for a meal to our local pub we had 2 x Steak and Chips + bottle of wine for £20. We couldn't drink all the wine so decided to take it home, on the way we wanted to pop into Sainsbury's local for a pudding (does anyone else do that?) I made Mrs H stand outside with the bottle of wine because I didn't want them to think we had nicked it. Am I paranoid? Mrs H laughs at me and says I am but she wouldn't take the short cut back through the local park which is an alcohol free zone in case people thought we were winos

The waiting must have been awful for you both.I'm pleased to see Mrs H got the all clear and I hope she's enjoying good health now.Best wishes to you both from Granny and me.

Regarding 'paranoia' you should see how it feels waiting outside a ladies toilet holding a handbag while your missus goes to the loo.
