Morning all. As @Fan of Big Tone is on his hols, I have started his chat thread in his absence.

It looks a dreary & wet morning here. It did appear to be a little warmer last night but there was a lot of rain.

Lots of rain is good for the garden. I'm pleased to say that many of our plants are still hanging on into the autumn & blooming. Our hanging baskets are still looking pretty good. The mild weather is definitely helping those plants to keep going a little longer.

Proud to be a supporter for 58 years & counting of the oldest professional football club in the World. COYP

    It's been a rainy day but took the wife for a drive just to take in the Autumn sites. The Trees are looking so good at the moment, as we take our journey through another beautiful fall.

    This is Trafalgar day, when 220 years ago the Royal Navy defeated a combined French & Spanish Fleet off Cape Trafalgar.

    Vice Admiral Nelson's victory despite his death, during the battle, ensured that the Royal Navy ruled the seas for over 100 years afterwards.
