Three wins on the spin for the Magpies & a massive win against one of our arch rivals for promotion.

It could have been a bigger margin if Notts would have been able to take more of the chances they created. They thoroughly deserved the win tonight.

So who is your best player for Notts tonight? I have chosen the starting eleven plus Dennis, who scored the vital winning goal.

Those players are,

Belshaw, Macari, Platt, Bedeau, Tsaroulla, Norburn, Iorpenda, Jones, Grant, Hall, Jatta, Dennis.

So many great performances, @Robbie

You have to say Macari was immaculate in everything he did. Tsaroulla is usually good but stepped up even more tonight. Jatta's all-round game is unrecognisable from a month ago - unbelievable hold-up play and clever use of the ball, such as the assist for the winner.

My vote goes to Bedeau though - great defending, excellent passing and his first ever Notts goal (hopefully AJ won't claim it)

Agreed - some solid performances again. Hall stepped up tonight, Jones was excellent going forward, best game for a long while. We looked balanced, creative and we moved the ball swiftly and accurately for the most part.

I said at the match, Macari goes under the radar a lot - he was superb tonight, as were Platt and Bedeau. Drinan never had a sniff.

Overall, hard to choose but I’d go for Macari, Platt or Jatta tbh but honourable mentions for Jones, Hall. Bedeau, Norburn and Belshaw for the spectacular save! I’ll opt for 1 of the above in due course.

It was a great team performance with some great performances but my vote goes to Jatta who followed up from a good performance on Saturday with a superb one tonight. I thought he was awesome, that flick to set up Dennis was sublime.

I have to agree with you all, the performance yesterday evening was a great follow on from Saturday. The players are leaving everything on the pitch. I thought Norburn had another solid game and Bedeau ruled the defence with hard work and skill, his goal definitely. Jodie Jones is improving game by game and is looking more like his old self again, what a shot that hit the bar, sublime. My vote goes to Jatta though, he held up play really well, defended when needed, scored one and set up a beauty for Dennis, awesome. All in all a great team performance carrying on from the last two, long may it last. COYP

Tsaroulla for me, just takes the ball, looks for options and doesn't waste a pass. Yes, Jatta did have a very good game, along with Macari and Norburn too.

It could have been any one of a number of players, some really good individual performances. I'm going for Jatta, just thought it was his best game for a long time. His hold up play and control was good, he ran and ran. A good all round performance.

I went for Norburn, he’s really won me over now, he was tidy on the ball and he was pressing and hassling all match. We looked a bit all over the place when he went off that last 10, but I think he needed the rest! The back three were on top form and Jatta was also brilliant.

It was a very good team performance. Pity that Notts couldn't have taken some of those chances that they created in the first & second halves apart from the two goals they scored.

I think that the team performance was the best of the season so far.

The first goal has now been credited to Jatta, so along with his goal, & due to his exceptional performance, including that exquisite flick that let in Dennis for the winning goal, I award him with my vote for Man of the Match..
