What would your starting line-up be? What will be the key areas for the Magpies to get a victory? What do you think the final score will be?

Notts play Gillingham in a rearranged match on Tuesday evening 3rd February, kick off 07:45pm.The game was postponed on Sunday 4th January due to a frozen pitch.

Gillingham have won just 2 out of their last 6 League games. They lost heavily in their last home match to League leaders Bromley on Saturday by 1-4, & at the moment Gillingham stand in 14th place in League 2, 13 points behind Notts.

Even so, Gillingham will be a tough opponent for Notts & the match will most likely be another physical battle where Gillingham will try to rough up the Notts players to disrupt the Notts passing game.

Agree@Robbie this one could be another battle! I just hope fatigue doesn’t affect the performance. A poor pitch last Saturday and the physicality of the game could take its toll. If we can perform to our recent levels, we can win. COYP!

How we start this one will be the key for me, we don't want a come from behind win in what will be a physical game after a demanding period of matches. The big bonus is now with the January signings at least MP does have other options to call upon off the bench if we are in need of a goal.

(68) Patient build-up leads Robertson to slip Iorpenda into the box and his dangerous low cross is well turned behind by Gale, with two Notts men ready to pounce behind him.

Brilliant win against a big bogey side. A massive clean sheet for Belshaw. Massive save by him in the dying seconds.

Unbelievable effort from both the fans and players in dreadful weather conditions. Those saves by Belshaw at the end could be the difference for us between playoffs and automatic, absolutely crucial saves at the end of another top performance by him. COYPs!!!

The winning goal and a moment of quality from Norburn with the assist & Robertson who scored the goal

Another game that might have got away from us in the past - but we battled it out and kept a clean sheet, aided by some heroics from Belshaw.

They were big and lovely but the energy from Iorpenda, Kouhyar and Hall was more than a batch from them. Robertson was non stop, showing skill, awareness and determination and together with Norburn secured central midfield for the most part. Another win, solid and resolute all round performance. Onwards and upwards.

Footnote: The squad looks strong, we bring on players who can make a difference now. Pity the 2 new lads didn’t get in, both were ready when we, clearly, changed approach and sent on Bennetts instead.

A really scruffy performance, but we battled for the 3 points. Belshaw saved our bacon when he made several fantastic saves late on, so onwards and upwards 🙌 bring on Barrow.
