A massive win for Notts tonight. Five wins in a row, a clean sheet. Two unbelievable saves at the death by James Belshaw.

Every single player on that field put a shift and a half in tonight. At times it wasn't pretty but it's a win, & it was Gillingham, which makes it extra special.

So who's your man of the match for Notts tonight. Here are the players I have chosen for you to make your choice.

Belshaw, Macari, Platt, Bedeau, Tsaroulla, Norburn, Robertson, Kouhyar, Iorpenda, Hall, Dennis, Ness, Ndlovu

I'm going to agree with you on this one @theAnticlough I think it was a great team performance but not in the usual Notts way. They fought and grafted in that second half & Belshaw made twitch winning saves in injury time which effectively won the match. So Belshaw is my Man of the Match.

Iorpenda for me, especially for someone so young on a night for heavy booted giants. Anyway as Martin Patterson says it’s about the badge and the next game. I feel that he has done a great job in encouraging courage, confidence and never say die And that for me is really why we won our last 2 games. Looking forward to Barrow on Saturday now, Gillingham is over now, a three points each league outcome we need to do better than that over the season. Off we go now one game at a time, it’s a marathon not a sprint.

I have to say the same @Robbie and @theAnticlough this was a game fought and battled from the trenches. The legs save in the first half and unbelievable saves in the dying moments to give us a clean sheet, it's a no brainer James Belshaw is the man.

On the technicality that both the Vokes and then Dack saves at the end were offside and therefore it wouldn't had mattered if they scored, I went for Norburn. 🤓😉
